That is the cover of the John McCain issue of IDW's
Presidential Material comics. According to IDW "[t]hese biographies are painstakingly researched ...". That remains to be seen.

The McCain book is by Andy Helfer and Stephen Thompson. Andy Helfer wrote a comic biographies of Malcolm X and
Ronald Reagan, and for 20 years wrote superheroes for DC. Given that the notoriously Left leaning Publisher's Weekly didn't like the Reagan bio because it wasn't sufficiently critical has to be a mark in Mr. Helfer's favor.
Jeff Webber, IDW VP of product development stated, "We'll be looking at how many people download to phones versus read
them in print, which IDW should find interesting, as well as which
(book) gets downloaded the most."
Conservatives want to send IDW a message? Buy the McCain book. Buy lots of copies of the McCain book. Send IDW a message.
